Corporate Massage

Corporate Massage is designed to reduce the build-up of tension and unhealthy postural habits that can be caused by sitting or standing at a workstation or computer for long hours at work.

The tolls of work pressure, stress and a hectic lifestyle is having a negative effect on our health and well-being, not only affecting physical health, but also hindering mental stability and emotional well-being.

All treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual client and include a mixture of Swedish, deep tissue, Indian head massage, reflexology and sports level techniques to target stress release points on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, feet, hands AND head leaving your employee feeling refreshed, invigorated and energised.
These are provided in sessions of either 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes per person.

I offer 2 options for a company to include Corporate Massage into their Staff Well-Being Programme.
Option 1. The company pays for the full day, passing the privilege onto their employees.

Option 2. The Employer agrees for the therapist to attend and that interested employees are permitted a massage appointment during their working day to attend onsite, which is paid directly by the employee to the therapist at a discounted rate.
